Offshore Medical Checklist Form
This sample Shipboard Medical Register contains checklists & Inventory, and medical tracking. It was written in Numbers (or Excel).
The framework is all-in-one, managing medical logs, annual medication updates, vessel storage locations, regulatory references, and formal control authorisations. The colour coding refers to the pouch colour the equipment is stored in with the Emergency First Aid Kit.

Australian Sailing Special Regulations (Part 1)
A broad umbrella from all countries includes a duty of care requirement. Legal requirements are legislated and can include:
> Crew & Passenger Competency,
> Departure Checks, and
> Safety Equipment.
We have chosen to adopt, document and comply with as many of the Australian Racing Yacht Special Regulations (Cat1) as reasonably practicable.
This fulfils all obligations as directed by Australian State and Federal legislation, as well all South Pacific countries.
Australian Sailing Special Regulations (Part 1)
COLREGs (International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972) are the international βrules of the roadβ for vessels, published by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).
They establish internationally recognised requirements for navigation lights, sound signals, vessel manoeuvring, and right-of-way conduct to help prevent collisions at sea and on connected navigable waters.
